Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to take and deliver your order and to answer you. We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising or analytics trackers.

What we collect

When you order: your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, and what you bought.

When you use a form: what you send us through the contact, wholesale or newsletter forms, including your name and email address.

We never see or store your card number. Card payments are made on our payment provider's secure page.

Why we use it

To process, ship and support your order, to send order emails, to answer your messages, and to keep the records that tax law requires.

If you join our newsletter, we use your email address to send it. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any newsletter or emailing us.

Who processes it for us

WooCommerce, on our own server, holds your orders and form submissions. BlazeCart processes card payments. Mailgun delivers our emails. Vercel hosts the website. Your shipping details go to the carrier that delivers your parcel.

Each of them handles your information only to provide its service to us. We don't sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Your browser

The site stores a few items in your browser: that you confirmed you're of age, your cart, whether you've seen a popup, and a checkout in progress. They're used only to make the site work, and you can clear them in your browser settings at any time.

We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep form messages and newsletter sign-ups until they're no longer needed, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted where we aren't required to keep it. Email orders@doubtfire.ca and we'll respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
