Terms of Service

You must be 19 or older, and of legal age to buy and use cannabis where you live (21 in Quebec). We ship only to addresses in Canada. We may cancel any order we believe breaks these rules.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. The 13% HST is added to products and shipping and is shown before you pay. We describe each product's strength and contents as accurately as we can. If a price or description is wrong, we'll contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

We accept credit and debit cards, paid on our payment provider's secure page. Your order is confirmed once payment is approved.

We ship anywhere in Canada at one flat rate, shown at checkout. Orders ship in discreet packaging. Please check your shipping address before you pay, because we can't redirect a parcel once it has shipped.

See our returns and refunds policy.

Edibles can take two hours or more to take effect. Start with a low dose and wait before taking more. Don't drive or operate machinery after using them, and don't mix them with alcohol. Keep them in their labelled packaging, away from children and pets.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Talk to a health professional if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, take medication, or have a health condition.

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province or territory where your order is delivered.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one shown here when you place your order. Questions: orders@doubtfire.ca.
